Special Programs

As if all the activities we offer weren't enough, we also schedule a selection of special events and programs at Golden Slipper Camp. These events bring everyone together for an afternoon or evening of fun, which engenders a feeling of community and connection.

• These programs include:
  • A camp-wide Carnival with activities, inflatable games, snacks, and more
  • Our 3-day Olympic Competition with competitions among four teams in a variety of athletic and artistic endeavors
  • Concerts and Performances, like the popular Israeli Scout Caravan, a group of Israeli teens who perform an interactive concert.

Typically, we offer three to four special programs per encampment.

• We also have special programs occurring at various times during the summer, which may include:
  • Singsongs, bonfires
  • Drama Nights
  • Camp-wide games (Olympics)
  • Carnivals
  • Trips
  • Demonstrations and shows (dance, drama, etc.)
  • And other surprises... if we told, it wouldn't be a surprise!
